🌷 Today is a new day. A new beginning.  It is a day brimming with unlimited possibilities. Today the angels attend you, available to help you in your every need. Today, give thanks. Give thanks for the beautiful spring and all that is blooming. Give thanks for the blessings that come to you. Give thanks for all that is good in your life; for the opportunity to offer your gifts to the world. Give thanks for being alive at this precious time.
Today, nothing restricts you. Nothing limits you. Let your spirit soar and feel the joy and lightness of being that comes with trust, faith and surrender to your highest purpose.  There are many good and profound surprises on its way to you ~ today
🌺 Remember that May 10th is Mothers Day. A day to nurture, appreciate and give gifts from your heart to your mother and all the women in your life who have touched your life. Also, give thanks to Mother Earth (Gaia) 🌏 who everyday lovingly nurtures us with the richness of the land. 🌱  She gives us everything to sustain us – so it is up to us to take care of her and to be thankful for having the opportunity to be part of this very special Planet.

MAY is a month of blossoming, opening, and allowing your inner essence to gently emerge. Just as nature does not force a flower to bloom, your soul unfolds in perfect divine timing.

1. Daily Heart Check-InÂ
Place your hand over your heart and ask:
- What am I feeling today?
- What does my heart need?
Breathe into your heart space and simply listen.
2. Blooming MeditationÂ
Close your eyes and imagine a soft bud at your heart…
With each inhale, it gently opens…
Petal by petal…
Revealing light, warmth, and love.
Silently affirm:
“I am safe to open. I bloom in my own time.”
3. Self-Love Action (Choose One Daily)
Do one loving act for yourself each day:
- Rest without guilt
- Spend time in nature
- Nourish your body with something wholesome
- Say “no” when needed
- Speak kindly to yourself
4. Release & Renew Ritual (Weekly)
Write down what feels heavy, stuck, or no longer aligned.
Then safely tear or burn the paper (with intention), saying:
“I release what no longer serves my highest good.”
