Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It was re-discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 1900’s. Reiki is administered by “laying on hands” and techniques such as this have been practiced for thousands of years. Reiki is a very simple and gentle technique that can be easily learned by all ages – from children to adults. Holy Fire Reiki is a new form of Reiki that was introduced in January 2014 by the ICRT. It is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance.
“Rei” means universal and it means higher knowledge or spiritual consciousness. This is the wisdom that comes from God or the Higher Self and is the God-Consciousness which is all-knowing. “Ki” is life energy or the universal life force. Ki is also the primary energy of our emotions, thoughts and spiritual life. Therefore, Reiki can be defined as spiritually guided life energy.
I completed Reiki Master-Teacher in 2004 with Lynn Neilson and have been teaching it ever since. I upgraded to HolyFire Reiki in 2016. I also studied other forms of Reiki including Karuna Ki, Unitarian Reiki, Grandmaster and Munay-Ki. I am a member of the Canadian Reiki Association.
You don’t have to be religious to be spiritual. “Spirituality is how you connect to yourself and the world, mentally, emotionally and physically. We do not get spirituality through religion or philosophy. It is simply the essence of being human.”

BASIC LEVEL IET ®

IET ® MASTER-INSTRUCTOR LEVEL
Reach for the Stars and Bring Your Vision to Life With Our Master-Instructor Level Integrated Energy Therapy® Training class.
The Name Master-Instructor: “Master” refers to the mastery of the IET energy that you will receive in this class which results in the full expansion of the IET energy ray and brings an even stronger level of IET energy through to the practitioner during self-treatment, absentee, and client sessions. Instructor refers to your ability to teach IET classes (including attuning others to the IET energy rays).
Prerequisites: IET Master-Instructor classes are open to any IET student who has completed the IET Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels by the time of the class. You don’t have to have been using your previously acquired IET skills in order to take this class. In fact, many students who take this class have little or no practice yet in using their IET skills with others.
This IET Master-Instructor class will greatly empower your ability to Envision, Embrace, and Enact the Energetic Potential of your vision and dreams and bring them alive in the world. By focusing on optimizing your 12 Strand DNA, this class will open your energetic pathways to manifestation and support you in living the life that you are destined to live. This class offers you an opportunity to be in vibrational alignment with your dreams and desires. Class Description:
Claiming and Living Your REACH: Beyond your vision for yourself in the world is the angels’ even greater and grander vision for you in the world – something we call your reach. You will begin by identifying and claiming your “reach”.
Opening your Channels to Manifestation with IET Sacred Geometry: You will then receive the IET Master-Instructor attunement and learn and use the IET Master-Instructor 12 Strand DNA techniques designed to open your channels of manifestation and clear your resistance to manifesting your reach and bringing your dreams alive in the world. You will learn to use sacred geometry to harness the IET rays for the 12 Strand alignment technique, the IET powerburst technique, the I-Chi technique, the Karma Clearing technique, and more.
IET Attunements, and Teaching others how to heal their lives: You will learn how to use sacred geometry to give Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced level IET attunements. The Integrated Energy Therapy® for Pets is focused on using Integrated Energy Therapy® energy and techniques to support pets in their wellness (especially cats, dogs and horses). In this class you will learn about the souls nature of each of these pets, how to use cellular memory functions and how to apply the BASIC Level IET® techniques to help clear energy blockages from the cellular memory of these pets. What can cause energy blockages in these pets? Situations that create a state of distress. Energies empathetically taken on from the owners for healing. Light Language is Heart Centered
I took this course since I resonated and felt that my soul understood Light Language during Karen's healing sessions. Activating the 12 strand DNA
My most transformative step was Step 2, activating the 12 strand DNA. After this step, I had a very vivid dream that I have interpreted as my entire cellular memory being refreshed and renewed. A completely new blueprint had replaced the ‘damaged’ cells, and my being felt as if it was being regenerated. My traumas were being healed and filled with light within my body. What a gift!!!

Benefits of IET 7 Steps to Transformation
I feel there is great benefit to multi step practices as you begin to create new spaces in your heart and being that need nurturing and coming back to. With time, it becomes more natural to count on your angelic team, but first having guidance and reassurance is a wonderful thing. I enjoyed the content and the meditations. What I love is that the work happens regardless of how I felt the day of, or how I interpreted the session. This has been such a transformative period and this workshop was an incredibly supportive resource!
Light Language is very profound
Karen the Light Language Healing Activation was very Profound, it is almost a week since we met and I can still feel it's effect. It was a wonderful feeling to sense the energy cascading through my crown chakra, removing blockages and replacing it with love and light as it travelled downward to the root chakra, I feel very grounded now. I'm still mesmerized by the sound of the spoken energy and the healing effect it has on my body, Thank you for sharing this healing activation with us, I really enjoyed the zoom groups. You are a wonderful and passionate teacher, an angel and a true guide and i'm blessed to have you on my spiritual journey.
A powerful healing activation
I just wanted to thank you for a very powerful healing activation last Wednesday. The meditation was very calming. My hands were on fire through the whole activation process and listening to your light language made me feel very happy, peaceful and calm. It was a great experience.
A deep state of relaxation
I wanted to thank you so much for the Light Language healing activation that I received on ZOOM. It was so peaceful and I felt that I went very deep into a state of relaxation. Haven’t felt that in a long time! I was impressed how well it worked considering that I prefer the face to face sessions. I would highly recommend.
A Joyful, Peaceful Experience
I loved the Light Language session yesterday. It was such a joyful, peaceful experience. It made me smile and even laugh. I think that’s what I needed and maybe what a lot of people need right now. There’s so much fear and upset. My intention was to let go of fear. And heal the planet. I’m still smiling today as I get ready to head off for a walk with my walking group.
A Lightness in my Heart
It always amazes me how energy works! Last night during the Light Language Healing Activation, I could feel a lightness in my heart, like sparkles! This energy was very different from other types I have experienced. It was truly of the light! Like little sprites, spreading joy and removing obstacles and blocks from my field, and with such kindness and compassion. I woke bursting with energy and such a smile on my face!! Feeling Stronger
I loved the attunements and I'm noticing a lot of changes in my life, at home and at work. A lot of the changes are related to the COVID-19 because our lives have been turned upside down and I believe that the attunements are helping me deal with it. I feel that my energy is a lot stronger than before. I also feel that I'm stronger mentally. There are a lot of things happening that I don't think I would have been able to cope with before, but now I feel like stuff happens for a reason and whatever happens, I will deal with it. I have taken Reiki, IET and other workshops with Karen and she brought to each class not only what was required but even more.
