01 Feb I AM THE LOVE VIBRATION
IT’S ALL ABOUT LOVE ! True love, the love vibration begins with the love that we have for ourselves. Are you nurturing your physical, emotional and spiritual needs? Can you look in the mirror and say “I love myself exactly as I am”. When we love ourselves and accept ourselves with all our imperfections ~ then we can truly love another ~ whether it is family members, friends, co-workers or a romantic partner.
So the month of February, your homework is to nurture and pamper yourself. You are NUMBER ONE. Take the time to do things that you love to do. In your quiet time, put your hands on your heart and say loving affirmations to yourself. When you are with people, smile ~ laugh ~ hug. Surround yourself with beauty ~ the beauty of nature is everywhere. Surround yourself with happy, positive people. Skip, jump, dance, sing. Play with your pets. Play with your children. Declare to the world – “I am happy to be alive and I love myself and my life exactly as it is”. “I am grateful for all my blessings”.
The more you can stay in this high vibration of love and gratefulness – the more you will start seeing the changes in your life that you desire. Sound too simple? Try it !

HEARTWORK FOR FEBRUARY 2025 ~
This month, your assignment is very simple. You are to learn to feel love and joy. You are to teach yourself that you are capable of filling yourself with LOVE no matter what is happening in your life. You are to learn that LOVE is something you create inside, not something which is imposed from outside, by circumstances and other people.
This month, learn that you are truly the creator of your life, and learn it by creating “love” and “joy” in every moment.
Love is around every corner and joy fills my entire world.
I have come to this planet to learn to love myself more and to share that love with all those around me.
Love is powerful – your love and my love ~ love brings peace on earth.
Deep at the centre of my being is an infinite well of love.
I come from the loving space of my heart, and I know that LOVE opens all doors.
I am thankful for all the love in my life. I find it everywhere.
When I’m grounded in gratitude, my life fills with joy easily and consistently.
A full Snow Moon on February 12th, 2025 signifies a time for introspection, renewal, and preparation for the coming spring… often associated with releasing old patterns… lingering emotional or energetic burdens… allowing space for clarity and renewal… and focusing on personal growth.
Much like the quiet stillness before new life emerges from the snow; it’s a moment to reflect on your desires and pave the way for positive change.
The Snow Moon encourages you to take stock of your life and think about what dreams you want to pursue.
